Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, may incur a fee equal to the full session cost. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
