Beyond Symptom Relief

Lasting transformation, not temporary coping.

Many of our clients are high-functioning professionals who have silently carried trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress for years while performing at exceptionally high levels. Therapy here is personalized, unhurried, and paced to feel emotionally safe — designed to heal the root, not just manage the surface.

Sessions are approximately 53–60 minutes, offered via secure telehealth throughout Arizona with limited in-person availability. Select insurance plans accepted.

Our Therapeutic Approach

Effective therapy is never one-size-fits-all.

Every individual brings a unique history, nervous system, life experience, and set of goals into the therapeutic process. Treatment is thoughtfully individualized by integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused approaches that best meet each client's clinical needs.

Our practice specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma and adverse life experiences and integrates Polyvagal Theory-informed principles for nervous system regulation, somatic interventions to strengthen the mind-body connection, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma-related beliefs and post-traumatic stress.

When clinically appropriate, treatment may also incorporate Brainspotting-informed techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles, EFT/Tapping, CBT, DBT skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, mindfulness-based interventions, attachment-focused therapy, compassion-focused interventions, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, and other evidence-based modalities supported by current clinical research.

Our goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients process unresolved experiences, regulate the nervous system, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

The Psychotherapy Intensive

Months of progress, in days.

An intensive is an extended therapeutic experience for concentrated, meaningful progress — ideal for trauma, burnout, grief, life transitions, and leadership challenges when weekly sessions don't fit an executive calendar.

1 Day

5–6 Hours of Therapy

A focused, single-day immersion for a specific challenge — the depth of months of weekly sessions, concentrated into one confidential day.

3 Days

5–6 Hours Daily

A deeper arc of work across three consecutive days — space to unpack, process, and integrate without the interruptions of daily life.

5 Days

5–6 Hours Daily

The most comprehensive format — a full week of transformation for complex trauma, burnout, and the deepest layers of leadership weight.
